Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end non-IT recruitment across Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Accounts, Operations, and other functions.
• Lead and mentor recruiters to achieve hiring targets and timely closures.
• Handle candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
• Monitor recruitment performance, maintain MIS reports, and ensure quality hiring.

Requirements

• Graduate/MBA in HR preferred.
• Strong experience in non-IT recruitment and team management.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay

Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
