Jr. Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping \& Day-to-Day Accounting: Maintain accurate daily financial records, manage ledgers, and record all business transactions (sales, purchases, expenses) in accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks).
• Accounts Payable \& Receivable: Oversee invoicing, follow up on client payments, manage vendor bills, and ensure timely collections and disbursements.
• Taxation \& Compliance: Prepare, file, and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Bank \& Ledger Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Financial Reporting: Assist management in generating monthly profit and loss (P\&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Audit Assistance: Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide necessary documentation during financial reviews.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).
• Experience: Proven working experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role (experience in retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing sectors is a strong plus).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or Excel; solid understanding of Indian tax laws (GST, TDS).
• Analytical Skills: High attention to detail, strong numerical proficiency, and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Jaipur.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
