Taxation Executive

Job Roles \& Responsibilities:-

Tax Compliance \& Filings

• Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)
• Support TDS/TCS compliance and monthly/quarterly returns
• Help in income tax computations and advance tax workings
• Assist with withholding tax on vendor and dealer payments

Automobile Industry–Specific Tax Support

• Handle GST implications on
• Vehicle sales (domestic \& export)
• Spare parts, accessories, and services
• Dealer incentives, discounts, and warranties
• Assist in classification of goods under HSN codes
• Support tax treatment of
• Freight \& logistics
• Job work
• Inter-state stock transfers
• Maintain records for input tax credit (ITC) on vehicles, spares, and services

Documentation \& Records

• Maintain tax registers, challans, and statutory records
• Support tax audits, assessments, and notices
• Assist in responding to queries from tax authorities
• Coordinate with external consultants and auditors

Internal Coordination

• Work with sales, procurement, and logistics teams for tax-related data
• Support ERP/system entries related to taxes

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
