Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to support our accounts and finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records, handling invoices, payments, reconciliations, and assisting with regular financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records
• Handle sales and purchase invoices
• Manage receipts, payments and expense entries
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
• Prepare basic reports and statements as required
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounts-related requirements
• Assist senior accounts staff with GST, TDS and other compliance-related work
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
