Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities of all Rajasthan branches.
• Ensure smooth functioning, maintenance, infrastructure, and operational standards across branches.
• Conduct regular branch visits and inspections to identify issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers, Principals, vendors, contractors, and management for operational requirements.
• Monitor civil, infrastructure, safety, housekeeping, maintenance, and facility-related activities.
• Ensure timely completion of renovation, repair, construction, and other infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, budgets, and branch-wise updates.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions for improved efficiency.
• Handle multiple branches simultaneously and ensure compliance with company standards.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan branches.
• Ability to independently manage multiple locations and work with senior management.

Pay

Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
