Back Office Intern

Polofactory is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Operations Management Interns to support day-to-day operations, coordination, and social media-related activities. Fresh graduates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operational activities and administrative tasks.
• Support coordination and communication across teams.
• Assist with Microsoft Office-related tasks, including data entry, documentation, and reporting.
• Support social media activities and related coordination.
• Maintain records and ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate in any relevant discipline.
• Location: Jaipur-based candidates only.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Interest and aptitude for social media.
• A personal laptop is mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Internship Details

• Duration: October to December 2026
• Working Days/Hours: As per company schedule, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Location: Jaipur
