We are looking for an energetic and experienced Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
• Monitor individual and team performance and ensure achievement of targets.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, site visits, and other channels.
• Guide team members in converting leads into successful property transactions.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales training and motivation.
• Assist team members during client meetings, negotiations, and site visits.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Track sales pipelines, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and closures.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's sales strategy.
• Ensure professional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends, projects, pricing, and competition.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Ability to motivate a sales team and work under targets.
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
• Must be comfortable with client meetings and property site visits.
• Candidates with experience in residential/commercial property sales will be preferred.
