SAP EWM Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Professional to help us set up, support, and improve our warehouse management systems. In this role, you will use your skills in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)

to design smooth warehouse operations and connect EWM with other SAP systems.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

• Set up the system: Install and configure SAP EWM tools for incoming goods, outgoing goods, and internal warehouse movements.
• Design daily operations: Create and test smart setups for daily tasks like moving stock (putaway), picking items, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Connect SAP modules: Make sure SAP EWM works perfectly with other SAP systems like MM, SD, PP, TM, and WM.
• Write clear plans: Create simple, detailed blueprints for system updates, custom features, and business reports.
• Test and fix: Run tests (Unit, Integration, and UAT) to ensure the system works perfectly and fix any errors quickly.
• Work with the team: Talk to business managers to understand what they need and suggest the best industry solutions.
• Train and support: Teach team members how to use the system, write helpful guidebooks, and offer support after the system goes live.
• Solve problems: Find and fix system errors to keep the warehouse running without delays.

Skills You Need (Requirements)

• SAP EWM Experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience setting up and supporting SAP EWM.
• Warehouse Knowledge: Good understanding of standard warehouse tasks, including RF scanner setups, handling units (HUM), yard management, and labor tracking.
• System Connections: Experience linking EWM with SAP S/4HANA and ECC systems using IDocs and interfaces.
• Problem Solving: Great analytical skills to look at current workflows, find problems, and fix them.
• Communication: Strong speaking and writing skills to explain technical ideas clearly to everyone.

Qualifications

• Total SAP Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years of total experience working with SAP software.
• Education: A university degree in Engineering/Technology (B.Tech/B.E.) or a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Travel: Willing to travel 10% to 20% of the time to the UK and Europe.

Pay

₹444,000.00 - ₹1,750,000.00 per year
