Ayodhya Infra Equipment is a marketplace and dealer network focused on buying, selling and sourcing used construction equipment across India.

We deal in machines such as excavators, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, tippers, transit mixers, telehandlers and other heavy construction equipment.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales \& Sourcing Executive who can help us find used construction equipment available for sale in the market.

The main responsibility will be to connect with machine owners, fleet owners, contractors, dealers and other industry contacts and bring genuine machine leads to Ayodhya Infra Equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Find owners and sellers of used construction equipment.
• Generate leads for excavators, tippers, loaders, transit mixers, backhoe loaders and other construction machinery.
• Contact machine owners and understand their selling requirements.
• Collect machine details such as model, year, working hours, location, condition and expected price.
• Follow up with sellers regularly.
• Build relationships with equipment owners, fleet operators, contractors and dealers.
• Share genuine machine leads with the internal team.
• Maintain daily records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in converting genuine machine opportunities.

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with 0–6 months of experience in sales, telecalling, business development or similar roles can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new people over phone calls.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and internet research.
• Willing to learn about construction equipment and the used machinery market.
• Candidates who are energetic, target-oriented and comfortable with regular follow-ups are preferred.
