Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Interns / Sales Interns to join our team in Jaipur. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in sales, business development, client communication, lead generation, and business growth.

The selected candidates will get hands-on exposure to the complete sales and business development process and may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on their performance during the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify potential leads through various channels.
• Connect with prospective clients through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products/services.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Assist in converting leads into customers.
• Maintain lead and customer information in the required system.
• Support the business development team in achieving sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
• Participate in sales and business development activities.

Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Willingness to learn sales and business development.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Candidates who can work from Jaipur are preferred.
