Core Roles and Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis: Partner with engineering leads and hiring managers to define technical skills, required tech stacks, experience levels, and role goals. \[1, 2]
• Talent Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using specialized platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Dice, and Monster, or via Boolean search strings. \[1, 2, 3]
• Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes for technical keywords, conduct initial phone or video screens, and coordinate practical coding tests or technical interviews. \[1, 2, 3, 4]
• Interview Coordination: Schedule rounds between candidates and tech teams, gather feedback, and keep communication flowing smoothly. \[1, 2]
• Offer Negotiation: Discuss compensation, benefits packages, and remote work policies, then extend formal job offers. \[1, 2]
• Data and ATS Management: Track candidate pipelines, interview stages, and source metrics inside an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). \[1, 2]
• Onboarding Support: Assist selected hires with background checks, reference checks, and pre-boarding paperwork
