Business Research \& Strategy Intern

Homly Stays is building a vacation rental and short-stay marketplace. We are looking for a curious, analytical, and startup-minded intern to work closely with the founding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Analyze business models, pricing, commissions, and unit economics.
• Conduct guest \& host interviews and field research in Jaipur.
• Identify customer pain points and market opportunities.
• Support business strategy, pricing, product, and go-to-market decisions.
• Prepare research reports, insights, and presentations.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Good with Excel/Google Sheets and numbers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and customer interviews.
• Interested in startups, marketplaces, and business strategy.
