Floor manager or Showroom Host

Role OverviewTo act as the first point of contact for all walk-in and telephone visitors, create a positive brand impression, manage initial inquiries, and seamlessly connect customers with sales or service advisors.

Guest Relations \& Hospitality

• First Impressions: Greet every client warmly upon arrival, manage coat checks, and escort them to designated styling lounges or waiting areas.
• Luxury Concierge: Serve premium beverages and refreshments according to the store's hospitality standards.
• Appointment Management: Coordinate scheduled styling consultations and walk-in clients, assigning them to available Fashion Advisors/Stylists.
• Feedback Loop: Gather initial client preferences or special requests and relay them to the sales team to ensure a personalized shopping experience.

Showroom Front-Desk \& Operations

• Inbound Communications: Manage the showroom phone line, answer general inquiries, and handle appointment bookings via email, WhatsApp, or CRM software.
• Ambience Upkeep: Ensure the reception, billing desk, and client lounge areas are flawless, organized, and aesthetically pristine at all times.
• Billing Assistance: Support the billing/cashier desk during peak hours with wrapping, packaging, and smooth checkout handovers.

Designer \& Inventory Support

• Visual Standards: Monitor the floor layout to ensure designer collections are perfectly presented and hangers are aligned.
• Coordination: Assist the backend team in tracking client requests for specific designer sizes, alterations, or custom orders.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, front-desk hospitality (5-star hotels), aviation (cabin crew), or premium guest relations.
• Fashion Savvy: A strong interest in fashion, luxury designers, and current style trends.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional local or foreign languages are a major plus).
• Interpersonal Skills: Warm, empathetic, and highly polished demeanor with the ability to converse effortlessly with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
• Problem-Solving: Calm under pressure, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Tech-Literacy: Basic proficiency with CRM software, MS Office (Excel/Word), and scheduling tools.

✨ Physical \& Grooming Standards

• Must maintain a highly polished, professional appearance aligned with a luxury fashion environment.
• Ability to stand or move around the showroom floor for extended periods during operational hours.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
