Job Description

SONPRIYA AGRO PROCESSING PVT. LTD., under the brand RASORA FOODS, is looking for motivated and target-oriented Sales Representatives to promote and sell our range of spices and FMCG products.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail shops, grocery stores, and other potential customers regularly.
• Generate sales orders and develop strong relationships with retailers.
• Identify and onboard new retailers and expand the company's market presence.
• Promote company products and explain product features to customers.
• Ensure product availability and improve product visibility in the market.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and increase sales in the assigned territory.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Submit daily sales and visit reports to the management.

Candidate Requirements

• FMCG, food products, or spices sales experience will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented.

Sales Territory

The sales area will be assigned based on the candidate's residential location. Candidates from different cities and local areas can apply. Preference will be given to assigning a suitable nearby sales territory wherever possible.

Salary \& Benefits

• Starting salary of ₹15,000 per month.
• Higher salary based on relevant experience and skills.
• Additional sales commission and performance-based incentives.
