About this job
- upervise day-to-day IV Cannula manufacturing operations and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Manage production operators, machine operators, and shop-floor manpower.
- Monitor manufacturing processes, including cannula tube processing, needle assembly, hub assembly, bonding, inspection, and other applicable process steps.
- Ensure that production activities are carried out according to approved SOPs, work instructions, and batch manufacturing records.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments to maintain product quality.
- Monitor production output, rejection rates, downtime, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Identify production issues and take corrective action in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GMP, hygiene, cleanliness, and contamination-control requirements.
- Maintain production reports, shift records, batch records, and manpower attendance.
- Ensure proper handling and traceability of raw materials and in-process products.

- ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
