- Operate VMC machine using Siemens CNC controller.
- Load and verify CNC programs before machining.
- Set work offsets and tool offsets correctly.
- Clamp job properly and ensure safe machine setup.
- Check drawing, process sheet, and machining requirements before starting work.
- Inspect first-off component dimensions and maintain quality during production.
- Monitor tool wear and replace tools when required.
- Record production quantity, rejection, and machine downtime.
- Maintain coolant level and machine cleanliness.
- Follow all safety procedures and use PPE.
- Report machine alarms, breakdowns, or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Perform basic daily maintenance as per machine checklist.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of finished components.
- Maintain 5S and housekeeping around the machine.
- Pay
- ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
