Senior Lab Technician

Must have Experience in NABL - ISO 15189:2022 guidelines

Need experience in Bio-Chemistry

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced laboratory tests and experiments with minimal supervision.
• Assist in designing and optimizing protocols for research or quality testing.
• Supervise and train junior lab technicians and interns.
• Oversee day-to-day lab operations, ensuring timely completion of tests.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments; troubleshoot technical issues.
• Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation of procedures and results.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GLP, GMP, ISO standards).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Tele -calling staff, Phlebotomist, Clinical staff).
• Manage inventory and procurement of lab supplies, chemicals, and reagents.
• Participate in internal and external audits or inspections.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• MLT / DMLT/PGDMLT

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on laboratory experience, with a proven track record of working independently in NABL Laboratory.
• Must have faced audit of NABL.
