Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, presentable, and professional Front Desk Executive with fluent English communication skills to manage front-office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, a patient-friendly approach, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
• Manage patient registrations and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, patients, and hospital staff.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
• Handle administrative tasks and documentation.
• Maintain a positive and professional front-office environment.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Front Desk Executive or Receptionist role.
• Fluent English communication skills (Mandatory).
• Hospital or healthcare industry experience will be preferred.
• Presentable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Dedicated, responsible, punctual, and sincere towards work.
• Polite, confident, and patient-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer proficiency and administrative knowledge.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with the team.
