Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team! The ideal candidate will be working for UK based Property Management company , should be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Excel. This role involves handling financial records, assisting with billing processes, and ensuring accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Uploading and downloading bills and invoices

• Maintaining accurate financial records using Excel

• Preparing and organizing data in Excel spreadsheets

• Assisting with general accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, formatting)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus but not required

Working Hours

Monday To Friday

12:00 PM – 09:30 PM (With 30 - minutes break)

With alternate Saturdays 6 - hours shift
