Key Responsibilities1. Office Maintenance \& Housekeeping

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
• Ensure proper arrangement of office furniture and equipment.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
• Monitor pantry supplies and inform Admin for replenishment.

Administrative Support

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling.
• Deliver documents/files within departments or branches when required.
• Support HR/Admin team in routine office tasks.
• Arrange meeting rooms before and after meetings.

Office Assistance

• Handle courier dispatch and collection.
• Assist visitors and guide them to respective departments.
• Support office staff in minor operational requirements.
• Handle basic outdoor tasks such as bank visits, document submission, or office purchases when assigned.

Asset \& Facility Care

• Ensure office equipment is handled carefully.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately.
• Support basic office setup activities during events or meetings.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum education: 10th Pass or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of office etiquette.
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible behavior.
• Ability to follow instructions and multitask.
