Job Summary

Saunak Films is looking for a proactive and result-oriented District Manager to manage district-level operations, develop business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with government departments, local authorities, and corporate clients to expand the company's business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee sales and business development activities across the assigned district.
• Visit Police Stations, Revenue Departments, Municipal Corporations, Government Offices, and other relevant departments to generate business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, corporate clients, and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the district-level sales team.
• Coordinate with senior management regarding business development, client requirements, and market updates.
• Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and client follow-up reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to improve business performance.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, client satisfaction, and successful conversion of leads into business.
• Travel within the assigned district as required for meetings and client visits.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or field operations is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to handle government and corporate client interactions professionally.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned district.

Salary

30,000/- to 60,000/-
