Job Description

CSR (Customer Support Representative - Level 1\)

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Computer systems domain is preferred.

• Possess basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS tools.

• Provide product support as per the standard guidelines.

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

• Experience with CCTV surveillance systems will be a plus
