Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Lifetime Sugar Membership packages directly to customers.
• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and other marketing activities.
• Explain membership benefits, health check-up packages, and related services to customers.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and membership activation.
• Conduct promotional activities to increase awareness and membership sales.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Customer handling and relationship management.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and lead generation.
• Target-oriented approach with strong negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Qualification \& Experience

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or membership sales.
• Preferred: Candidates with experience in B2C sales, customer acquisition, and direct marketing.
