Legal Executive

§ Strong knowledge of Legal Drafting \& Vetting.

§ Good knowledge of Revenue Laws and Land Laws.

§ Good understanding of real estate and property documentation.

§ Knowledge of Property Title Search and Due Diligence.

§ Knowledge of Sale Deed, Agreement to Sale, Development Agreement, MoU, POA and other property documents.

§ Knowledge of revenue records such as 7/12, 8-A, Property Card, Mutation Entry, NA Order, TP Scheme, etc.

§ Good knowledge of registration and stamp duty procedures.

§ Strong drafting, documentation, analytical, and negotiation skills.

§ Good coordination and follow-up skills with government authorities and external consultants.

§ Ability to identify legal risks and provide practical solutions.

§ Good command of Gujarati and English

§ Meeting with advocate for the finalization and review of the Banakhat

§ To take sign of higher authority on the legal papers

§ Prepare the Documents for the Properties, Redevelopment and for the final deed or registration

§ All coordination work related to the AMC, GHB, GSRTC projects

§ Support to Liaison Manager \& Retired Mamlatdar

§ All the work related to the Notarized, Stamping, Bank Guarantee

§ To complete formalities of all types of the Registration

§ Maintain the confidential documents of land and owner

§ Submission of Daily Work Report to the Management

§ He must undertake any other task assigned by the management.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience

• Legal work: 3 years (Preferred)
