Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible warehouse manager to manage our warehouse operations in Ahmedabad. The candidate will oversee inventory management, stock movement, receiving and dispatching machinery, spare parts, and material handling equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, knowledge of warehouse management, and the ability to ensure accurate stock records and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate stock records for packaging machinery, material handling equipment (MHE), and spare parts.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and identification of machines, components, and accessories.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
• Coordinate with the sales, service, purchase, and logistics teams for stock availability and dispatch requirements.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Ensure timely packing, loading, and dispatch of machinery and spare parts to customers.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.
• Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward stock movements.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damaged goods, or discrepancies to management.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper utilization of storage space.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, dispatches, pending deliveries, and warehouse activities.
• Ensure proper handling of heavy machinery and material handling equipment during loading and unloading.

Requirements

• Graduate or diploma qualification preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics operations.
• Experience in industrial machinery, engineering products, packaging machinery, or material handling equipment will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of stock management and warehouse documentation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP.
• Experience in supervising warehouse staff and coordinating dispatches.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate inventory records.

Preferred Candidate

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
