The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, promoting solar products, and achieving sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits. Promote solar products and rooftop solar solutions to residential and commercial customers. Visit potential customers and explain solar system benefits, pricing, and installation processes. Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for customer requirements. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales. Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily sales reports. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Requirements Previous experience in solar sales is preferred. Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Ability to work in the field and achieve sales targets. Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence. Bike is mandatory for field visits. Must be below 35 years of age. Immediate joiners are preferred. Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and skills. Attractive sales incentives based on performance.
