Back Office Executive

About the role Support daily operations of our online business across marketplaces. You will learn every part of running an e-commerce brand, from listings and stock to customers and accounts. What you’ll do Handle customer queries, returns and complaints Create and update product listings and content Coordinate orders, shipments and stock records Support basic accounts and GST documentation Track marketplace issues and follow up on claims Help with other operational tasks as needed Who we’re looking for Graduate in any stream (Commerce/BBA preferred) Basic Excel / Google Sheets Good communication in Hindi and English Organised, quick learner, attentive to detail AI tools or Amazon/Flipkart seller panel exposure Note : People from the same or nearby locality are preferred.
