Connect with business owners, self-employed individuals, and entrepreneurs to understand their financial needs. Identify potential customers and explain business loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing. Coordinate with credit, operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement. Follow up with customers regarding applications, approvals, and pending documents. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate daily sales reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
