Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for solar panel installations. Explain the benefits of solar energy, including electricity bill savings and long-term cost benefits. Provide basic information about on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems. Inform customers about applicable government subsidies and solar schemes, as per current eligibility and guidelines. Understand customer requirements, such as monthly electricity bills, rooftop availability, and electricity connection type. Schedule appointments for the sales team or technical site survey. Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records in Excel or CRM software. Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers. Handle customer queries professionally and achieve daily or monthly calling targets.
