Branch Manager Company: Prachin Holistic Care – Ayurvedic & Naturopathy Hospital Location: Vastral, Ahmedabad Reporting To: MD Doctors / Director Experience: 5+ Years Job Purpose Responsible for the overall management and performance of the Vastral branch, including operations, leads, sales, staff, doctors, patient experience and revenue. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all leads, calls, follow-ups, appointments and conversions.
• Drive daily, monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with doctors for patient flow, consultations and next-day patient funnel.
• Manage the complete branch team, including reception, therapists and support staff.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, performance and productivity.
• Ensure excellent patient experience, follow-up, retention and referrals.
• Monitor branch hygiene, inventory, maintenance and daily operations.
• Ensure strict implementation of SOPs, discounts, offers and management instructions.
• Monitor cancellations, pending leads, package sales and Google reviews.
• Prepare and share daily MIS – leads, visits, conversions, revenue and staff performance.
• Identify branch issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Take complete ownership of branch performance and revenue growth.
• Report directly to MD Doctors / Owners. Required Skills
• 5+ years of relevant management/operations experience
• Strong leadership, sales and team-management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination
• Strong patient-handling and problem-solving ability
• Good Excel/Google Sheets & MIS knowledge
