The candidate will help analyse business requirements, identify system-related issues, and support improvements in system functionality and operational processes. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse business requirements and existing system processes. Identify system gaps and recommend practical solutions. Apply coding knowledge to analyse and troubleshoot technical issues. Coordinate with technical and non-technical teams. Support system testing, documentation, and process improvement. Communicate technical findings and solutions clearly. Required SkillsCoding knowledge – Mandatory. Malayalam proficiency – Mandatory. Good analytical and logical reasoning skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of computer languages/programming languages – An added advantage.
