Picker / Packer

Job Summary : The Picker/Packer is responsible for selecting products from inventory based on order sheets, preparing items for shipment, and ensuring orders are accurate, complete, and properly packaged. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and warehouse efficiency. Key Responsibilities : Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists or handheld scanners Verify item numbers, quantities, and product quality Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit Label packages correctly with shipping information Prepare completed orders for dispatch Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and company policies Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment when required
