Travel Consultant

Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, email and other channels . Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages. Prepare and share travel quotations, itineraries and package details . Coordinate with hotels, transporters, DMCs, airlines and other travel vendors. Handle flight, hotel and holiday package bookings . Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Coordinate with customers before, during and after their trip. Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, confirmations and documents. Assist in Domestic & International Group Tours and MICE requirements . Coordinate visa/passport-related documentation with the concerned team/vendor. Maintain daily sales and lead follow-up reports. Ensure timely payment collection and booking confirmations. Resolve customer queries and coordinate efficiently during travel. Build and maintain good relationships with customers and vendors.
