v Provide support to office staff members for any facility related concern. v Manage inventory of office supplies and reorder as necessary. Ensure that the office environment is organized and well-maintained. v Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication. Draft and proofread documents and reports. v Maintain and update admin related records, databases, and filing systems, both physical and digital. v Process purchase orders and handle petty cash accordingly. v Prepare the requirement list of stationary and housekeeping material at every 28th of every month and give it to his senior. v Update the material in stock register and maintains it on daily basis. v Check housekeeping and staff hygiene and attendance on daily basis. v Check all register which was kept at security gate on daily basis. v Maintain pest control as per requirement. v Check cleaning and maintenance of the facility on daily basis. v Maintain data security as per policy. v Ensure that office should be properly lock after the shift. v Trained security guard as per requirement of the company. v Take quotation from different vendor and give it to your senior. v Check UPS and AHU on regular basis. v Maintain diesel and genset running record give requirement of diesel when required. v Responsible for headset repairing. v For any building related concern coordinate with building management. v Ensure that everyone should follow office policies. v Responsible for arrange things from local market when required. v Check and arrange drinking water as per requirement, if required than also arrange water tanker(for other water use). v Maintain building assets and check it on regular basis. v Check cctv footage for any issue. v Maintain checklist of Genset running report, Electricity Reading Report, Headset repair report , Drinking Water Report, etc.
