Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in insurance sales or telesales. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain insurance products, policy benefits, premiums, and coverage. Follow up with leads and convert them into sales. Achieve sales targets and maintain call records in CRM. Handle customer queries and objections professionally. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales or telesales. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, plus Kannada or Marathi. Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills. Target-oriented and customer-focused approach. Laptop/desktop and stable internet connection are mandatory for WFH.
