Receptionist Cum Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses to generate qualified leads for salon services.
• Identify and connect with prospective clients interested in salon services, memberships, beauty treatments, and salon packages.
• Explain salon services, offers, packages, and promotional campaigns to potential customers.
• Generate leads through calling databases, online inquiries, social media leads, and other sources.
• Follow up with interested prospects and encourage them to book appointments or visit the salon.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the salon’s sales or front-desk team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, lead status, and follow-up activities in a CRM or Excel sheet.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, appointments, and conversions.
• Build and maintain a database of potential customers and business prospects.
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
• Prepare regular reports on calling activities, lead generation, and conversion performance. Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 2 years and maximum 10 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or customer relationship management.
• Experience in the salon, beauty, wellness, spa, or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to engage prospects, handle objections, and generate interest in salon services.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Good customer-handling skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Knowledge of Hindi, English, and/or regional languages is preferred.
