We are looking for an experienced and result oriented senior sales manager to spearhead sales for our residential plotted project on chandigarh ludhiana highway. The ideal candidate should possess an extensive channel partner network, especially in Kharar and morinda , and have a proven track record in driving sales for a premium residential plotted development. Drive sales through channel partners, direct clients and corporate tie ups. Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Conduct project presentations, site visits to promote the property and attract potential buyers Coordinate with team and make edms for daily outreach towards channel partners and potential clients. Analyse market trends, competitor projects and buyer behavior to enhance sales strategy.
