Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. Explain real estate projects, property details, and available offers to prospective clients. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments for the sales team. Maintain customer databases and update call records. Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information. Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets. Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into potential business opportunities. Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel. Ability to handle customer calls confidently. Good convincing and follow-up skills. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
