We're Hiring – Medical Representatives (MRs)

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Medical Representatives to join our growing sales team.

Qualification

B.Pharma, B.Sc. / Science Graduate, MBA

Experience

2–6+ years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical/device sales preferred.

Preferred

Candidates with experience in Gynecology and/or Gastroenterology segments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular visits to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

Promote and demonstrate the company's medical products and healthcare solutions.

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare institutions.

Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Manage the assigned territory and develop new business opportunities.

Generate market intelligence and provide regular feedback to the management.

Follow up with existing and prospective customers.

Participate in conferences, CMEs, exhibitions, camps, and other promotional activities.

Maintain regular reporting of field activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of Hindi and English.

Strong presentation and convincing skills.

Good knowledge of the assigned healthcare market.

Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

18-25k (depends on interview)
