About the Role

OXOR Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and responsible Site Engineer to support our ongoing electrical and solar-related projects. The ideal candidate should be willing to work at project sites, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of site activities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities and project execution.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, government departments and internal teams.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines.

Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.

Prepare site reports, work progress updates and required documentation.

Coordinate for necessary permissions, approvals and documentation with relevant authorities.

Assist in government liaisoning and approval-related activities.

Identify and resolve site-level issues in coordination with the project team.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.

Support project planning, execution and timely completion of assigned work.

Preferred Candidate Profile

0–2 years of experience in site engineering, electrical projects, solar projects or a related field.

Candidates with prior experience in government liaisoning or solar companies will be preferred.

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics or a relevant engineering field.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, site execution and project documentation.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors and government authorities.

Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
