About this job

Job Responsibilities

Collect cash, UPI, card, and other customer payments.

Prepare cash receipts and payment vouchers.

Maintain daily cash books and cashier records.

Handle vehicle sales, service, and spare parts billing collections.

Verify payment details and reconcile daily cash balances.

Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Accounts teams.

Deposit collections into the bank and maintain deposit records.

Support invoice preparation and customer billing.

Maintain accurate transaction records in the dealership software or DMS.

Prepare daily collection reports and submit them to the Accounts Manager.

Ensure proper handling and security of cash.

Assist with basic accounting entries and other accounts-related tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
