Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

Identify customer preferences, occasions, and budgets.

Recommend suitable jewellery and explain pricing, offers, and schemes.

Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.

Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Handle customer enquiries and assist with billing.

Maintain attractive and well-organized jewellery displays.

Follow up with customers for feedback, reviews, and future purchases.

Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an excellent showroom experience.

Eligibility & Requirements

12th / Diploma / Any Degree.

Freshers and candidates with 0–5 years of experience are welcome.

Tamil communication is essential; English communication is an advantage.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Strong interest in sales and achieving targets.

Jewellery retail experience will be an added advantage.
