Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled fresh graduates to join our IT team as Graduate Engineer Trainees. The selected candidates will support ERP development, customization, and application development using Infor LN ERP, gaining hands-on experience in enterprise resource planning systems, database management, and software development.

Educational Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech – Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines

BCA / MCA

B.Sc. – Information Technology or Computer Science

Minimum CGPA

7.5

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of Python and/or Java programming.

Understanding of SQL, database management systems (DBMS), and database concepts.

Knowledge of software development and programming fundamentals.

Understanding of front-end and back-end development is an advantage.

Familiarity with full-stack development, web development, or application development is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in ERP development, customization, and enhancement activities.

Support development and maintenance of the Infor LN ERP system.

Work with SQL databases, queries, and data management activities.

Assist in coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting software applications.

Support integration between ERP modules and other business applications.

Collaborate with the IT team to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions.

Participate in software development, documentation, and system improvement activities.

Required Soft Skills

Willingness to learn new technologies and ERP systems.
