Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team at Burn Gym. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong relationships with members, converting leads into memberships, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into gym memberships.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch revenue.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members.

Follow up with leads, prospects, and walk-in customers regularly.

Explain membership plans, packages, offers, and gym facilities to potential clients.

Conduct gym tours and provide a professional customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales, and customer interactions.

Coordinate with the fitness team to ensure smooth member onboarding.

Encourage membership renewals, referrals, and upgrades.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Participate in promotional activities and support branch sales initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.

Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in maintaining sales records.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry will be preferred.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
