Job Description: Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, content creation, video editing and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Create engaging posts, reels, stories and other digital content.

Design creatives using Canva and edit videos using CapCut or similar tools.

Develop content calendars and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

Research trending topics, hashtags and competitor activities.

Write engaging captions, scripts and content for social media campaigns.

Monitor engagement, reach and follower growth.

Track social media performance and suggest improvements.

Coordinate with the team to develop creative marketing ideas.

Required Skills

Good communication and creative thinking skills.

Knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.

Basic graphic designing and video editing skills.

Familiarity with Canva, CapCut and Meta Business Suite.

Understanding of content planning and digital marketing.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
