Job Description

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and experienced Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate business leads.

Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.

Explain company services to potential customers and follow up on leads.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments with prospective clients.

Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.

Achieve calling targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer handling.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in Hindi; knowledge of English is an advantage.

Confident, persuasive, and professional on calls.

Ability to handle clients, follow up consistently, and convert leads into business opportunities.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.

Positive attitude, punctuality, and a target-oriented approach.
