Blitz Academy is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our growing team in Calicut.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective students through company-provided quality leads.

Understand students' career goals, requirements, and interests.

Explain relevant courses, programs, and career opportunities offered by Blitz Academy.

Build strong rapport with prospective students and guide them through the decision-making process.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Convert qualified leads into enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets.

Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.

Work closely with the team to achieve individual and organizational targets.

Provide a positive customer experience throughout the admission process.

Who We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Passion for sales, counselling, and business development.

Ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions.

Strong follow-up, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.

Experience in education sales, inside sales, counselling, telecalling, or business development will be an advantage.
