JOB DESCRIPTION
Welcome visitors and attend to customers professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Maintain visitor records and manage appointments.
Receive and distribute documents, couriers, and other office communications.
Maintain front office records and files.
Coordinate with different departments for daily office activities.
Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks.
Respond to customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area.
Perform other office duties assigned by the management.
