Job Description

VERQON CORP BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst (QA) to monitor process quality, evaluate agent performance, identify errors and support continuous improvement across BPO operations.

The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in quality monitoring, call auditing, process compliance or BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate agent performance against defined quality parameters and SOPs.

Conduct call audits and review customer interactions, wherever applicable to the assigned process.

Identify process errors, communication gaps and compliance issues.

Prepare daily and weekly quality reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Provide constructive feedback and coaching recommendations to agents.

Coordinate with Team Leaders to address recurring quality issues.

Track quality scores, error trends and corrective actions.

Participate in calibration sessions and ensure consistent evaluation standards.

Maintain accurate audit records and documentation.

Escalate critical errors and recurring performance issues to management.

Required Skills

6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in BPO quality assurance or quality monitoring.

Understanding of quality parameters, SOPs and performance metrics.

Good observation, analytical and documentation skills.

Basic to intermediate MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.

Clear communication and feedback skills.

Ability to identify patterns, maintain audit accuracy and meet reporting deadlines.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Eligibility

Graduate preferred.

Prior BPO experience in Quality Assurance, call monitoring or process auditing is desirable.

Must be comfortable working from the office in Bhopal.

Must be comfortable with the stated salary range and applicable shift schedule.

Compensation

₹14,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, quality-monitoring skills and interview performance.
