Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients and provide product demonstrations at the showroom.

Explain home automation solutions and premium architectural lighting products.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Coordinate with the sales team for enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.

Maintain showroom displays, product samples and overall presentation.

Manage walk-in enquiries and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in showroom management, retail sales or customer handling.

Experience in lighting, interiors, electrical products or home automation preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Confident in conducting product demos and explaining technical features.

Presentable, proactive and customer-oriented.

Compensation: Attractive salary based on experience
